Okay, I've looked in a lot of places on the web, but I just can't seem to find what I'm looking for. If anyone could help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

The only Floating Island chipset that I know of is from an RPG2k3 game, Ara Fell, which you'll probably have to talk to the author of that game cause I think he made the chipset. You can pretty much get Ara Fell from most RM community I do believe.

If anyone has one for XP I would very much appreciate it (I am making a Lufia sequel, I know, I know...).

You can always find a chipset you like, then edit the bottom of the cliffs by taking out the grass to make it look like it is floating.

I don't think you can really find a 'floating island' chipset anywhere though.

I found one once, but I can't find it again. Also... this is for XP, not that it should make any difference. =/

Not as easy as you make it sound. To make it look even remotely like a 'real' floating island, you need many tiles of different lengths and degrees of shading for the bottom. Tricky to find.
