I definitely second this. They need to keep the mechanics (possibly add a few new features), and go BALLS. DEEP. into the story line. I mean deep.

Though most weren't created by an American development team, they are still fairly well know in the realm of videogamers (though some of the ones that have been mentioned are older gen, like PS1, maybe even SNES). But yeah, look them up, because they are all worth a trip into the past.

I second this too, but I'd hope they find a way to make the fighting a lot more fluid - or maybe even remove it completely.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

I starting making a DOTT-a-like. I made it in AGS and didn't get very much done.

I agree on BoF. The sad fact is that it appears Capcom has decided that BoF is no longer a franchise they want anything to do with. Poor Mega Man is in the same boat now as well.
I wouldn't mind a Warcraft 4 as well. I'm tired of WoW turning the Warcraft story into a giant clusterfuck. We need another Warcraft RTS to reestablish a decent story, but that will never happen as long as WoW is making money.

Also, SC2 is still in its episodic development. I definitely wouldn't mind WC4 though!
