How to improve your English ? You mean reading, writing, speaking, or all ?
The easiest way to improve English is to play games with a lot of texts, like Persona 4 Arena, Mega Man Battle Network, or watch English anime and read manga. For speaking ? Uh... I don't really know about that since I have a heavy accent as well.
Also, you can consider making your game in your own language. ;)

The best way to learn any language is to read books in my opinion. Start off with simple, short books and then make your way to longer, more complicated books.
For conversing, the only way to get good at that is to talk with people. There's no way around this one, really.

try to capitalize the first letter of the word every time and use punctuation maybe.
Jk. Watching your favorite show will improve a bit of your listening skills and listening to music is a fast and good way to memorize new vocabularies.

Learn how to structure sentences/grammar by finding out what each of the different tenses is called and how they work. This is a good site for that kind of thing. Also watch shows/films and read books, look out for certain sentence structures that seem confusing to you and research/learn them.
LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Just make games in your own language. If you don't submit screenshots of it to English websites, people won't complain about it not being in English. If your game is good enough, someone else will eventually offer to translate it.
Well, if he wants to be a true part of the the English speaking RM community, he is going to have to learn English more fluently. Reading definitely helps, like a lot, sometimes just listening to people who can fluently speak English is very helpful, like maybe videos on the internet where there are major speaking parts. Practice writing regularly, spelling all sorts of words, or even keeping some sort of journal type deal, or write about random things. Make sure you go back and check your writing for mistakes and grammatical errors. It takes time, but after a while, you will be ready! (Also I have been told that English is a bitch to learn by people who speak English as a second language.)
This is just a basic thing for you to start with that should be very simple. The first letter of every sentence should be capitalized. When you (or a character when writing dialogue) refer to yourself by saying "I," that is always capitalized and never spelled as "i." Work on little things like that first.
Join the IRC, blend in and try not to be an ass. Your English will eventually get better. That's what I did.
