author=Gourd_ClaeActually it's too much FOOD that makes you sleepy, it's been proven. There is an amino acid in turkey that does make you sleepy when you take a lot of it, but turkey doesn't have enough. I found out on Mythbusters klast night.
Yummy. Turkey induced sleeping is the best thing.
