Honestly, I generally don't charge for indie work unless it's of a higher quality and it's going to be sold. If it's just for fun and free, I don't charge. I certainly don't mind lending my voice to those projects! :D

not bad demo reel. You should put more info like your rates and whatnot. Just remember a lot of these guys are indie and don't have much cash or are doing it for fun.
