At one point, a whole bunch of people had them. Liberty and Gourd_Clee still do. They have some person coming out of them. I remember that Zeuzio and LockeZ also had them at some point, along with some others I don't remember. How did these come about? Who makes them? How could I make/get one?

I made them. They're excusively for the players of the Forum RPG, which I should probably get going again. And, before you ask, I'm not drawing anymore of them. If you want, I can post the template psd file, that's about all I can offer.
