Just go to Database - Tilesets. You will see a selection of tilesets on the left list, and each selection will have 5 different sets of tiles.
If you want to use a certain tileset for a map, right click on that map and choose which tileset you would like to use. ;)
If you meant using more than 1 tileset like that for a map, I don't think that is possible. You might need some scripts for that, but there is none that I know of.

LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

In RPG Maker 2003, you're sunk, you just have to make a new tileset that has all the tiles you want for that map. Alternately, you can put your extra graphics into charsets, and then use events to add more graphics to the map.
In RPG Maker VX and VX Ace, each tileset is composed of 9 smaller tilesets, A1 through A5 and B through E. This makes it a little easier to mix and match graphics. If you want a cave with furniture, you can make a new tileset in the database, and give it the same ground tiles (A1 through A5) as the dungeon tileset but use some of the upper layer tiles (B through E) from the indoors tileset. You can also do the same thing as in RPG Maker 2003: put your extra graphics into charsets, and then use events to add more graphics to the map.
In RPG Maker XP, you don't have these limitations, because there's no maximum size for tilesets. So you can just have one giant tileset with all the tiles you need.

Then you're in luck. If you want more tiles in your tileset, just add them to the bottom of the tileset in any image editor except MS Paint.
Personally I like to just use one giant tileset for the whole game.
