DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS EXISTS YET?

I'm trying to make a new game in the future, and i was wondering if this would be an original idea or it's been played out.

a lot of the RPGs i see are very medieval time based, so i was wondering if there's a steampunk, sky/air pirate, Alchemy themed game. yes all 3 rolled into one, i have been searching for such type of game and the closest thing i've come across was an old sega dreamcast game: Skies of Arcadia (GREAT game btw if you've never heard or played it before) and i want to make a game similar to it. and if there exists an indie game like it, if someone would kindly point me to teh right direction, because i'd love to see someone else's rendition of it.
