Endless Journey is my game, and I need a lot of help making it.

Things I need other people help with.
Mapping
Some Eventing.
Some Enemy creation
Cut scenes.
Dude, that's totally not the way to go. xD
Firstly, have you ever finished a game? =3c
If so, link us. If not, finish one yourself first before wanting to recruit a team! Working as a team is way harder than working by yourself, and no one's gonna want to be recruited by someone who has never finished a game.
Also, you should give more info, not just "Hey, look at my screenshot. NOW WORK"
The screenshot is just for show. -_-

Honestly I can not work with any rpg maker program. I suck at it, but my idea's for this game I really want to see come to life are just waiting to come out. I see my self as a thinker and not a worker. I wish I was both, but not everyone has the skill like all of you who can do both. I spent 5 hours just on trying to make a cut-scene, and I am still having trouble. XD I know its simple. I just have a horrible tendency to make things harder than what they actually are.
None of us came out of the womb able to do the shit we do.
Learn.
I am not that bright when it comes to things like this. I have tried, and tried.
It always ends the same. i end up trying to make a game, and just scrap it, because I lack what you guys have. I tip my hat off to you all for making awesome games. When I feel like giving up i go on this website and look at others creations. They inspire me so I look up how to vids and stuff. then i open rpg maker and go at it. The cycle continues.
Giving up won't help you, though. Many of us have been using these programs since back in their original forms, back when it was RM2k or even RM95. It takes time to learn, and repeated failures. You can't learn if you don't keep trying. If it's too much, don't try for something bigger the next time, or even something the same size. Scale back and try something simpler until you've got that down, then move up, bit by bit. Read the tutorials that're widely available.

You won't get much, if any, help if you're not actually actively participating in the building of the game itself.
Man I'm trying since 2001 and hasn't ever finished a game yet.
Not even released a demo.
And you think 5 hours is too long to make a cutscene? Ahahahahah! It takes planning, I mean, there's the storyline, then there's why the cutscene exists, graphics, searching for music, or composing, then there's the actuall code that can be quite massive depending on the cutscene...
...Do you expect to learn the piano in 5 hours?
Or the guitar? Sweet flute? No, you don't! Same thing applies to any programming language, most softwares, to game design, to drawing, to painting, to cooking, to everything.
Just work hard and try to learn. And like Travio said, try something small first. There are lots of extremely newbie-friendly tutorials on this site, and some even more newbie-friendly outside. Search. Do your hard work.

PS: That "You're gifted I'm not" argument is awful. It's diminishing. It makes people feel all their hard work going to the drain. We work and we work hard to best ourselves, only for people to instead of looking up to this as an example, say "look, he's lucky 'cause he was born gifted". HELL NO
Practice, practice, practice. Great ideas are needed to make a game but so are determination and hard work. If you're ever in the need for additional motivation/inspiration, watch Indie Game the Movie.

If you can do at least three of the things you listed on your own and release some kind of demo, you'll be more likely to find someone to help with, say, mapping for example.

Good luck!
Well, there are a number of things you can do. I would take the game step by step. I didn't start making any games until late 2011 and early 2012 and I have learned a lot about RPG and Game maker. You can learn if you experiment with the program you are using even if it is not an official game. Simply start by asking questions or reading tutorials here on RMN. There are an abundance of people who would be more than happy to answer them.

I have made some games that simply just test out how the program works. For Example, I a making a game called Fantasia that started out as a bunch of random objects that test how the program works. There is even a test room in the game that has a bunch of experiments that I may use.

So I would just learn how to do everything step by step. Start with mapping or something. If you think 5 hours is something, wait until you get deep into the game, it will take beyond hours to get things done. Like some of the comments said above, first finish a game, then try to gather a team. One thing I've learned from experience is that working by yourself is way easier than working with people that aren't always going to be there for you or have the imagination you have. Of course this isn't true in all cases because teams can be fun to have and work with.

Sorry for the long read, but I'm just telling you what you should learn and develop. Practice often and good luck on the game:)
Look up tutorials and ask people specifically what you need help with. Some people learn fast, some would take longer. ;) It took me almost one month to get all the basics of VX Ace. It was my first time using an RPG Maker program. If you think Ace is hard, then maybe try other programs to see if they suit you. Ever seen how complicated Game Maker is yet ? :D

Now, I don't know which part of eventing are you having trouble with, so I can't say much. For your first game, you should try to do it by yourself, so you have something to be proud of. Of course, this doesn't mean not asking for feedback or solutions to whatever issues you have. :P

Whatever problems you have, list them all here so people can help. Some infos on the game would be nice. But yeah... 5 hours for a cutscene is nothing big. It took me 2 days to make a cutscene for the first boss encounter in my game. :D

Good luck. ;)
you all inspire me. Thank you for the words.

BTw My cut-scene was the player character walking to one end of the room and back. XD
