SIMPLE DYNRPG PLUGIN HELP REQUEST

Good evening.
I'm scripting some events on an new-style ABS (on map action battle).
EDIT: Forgot to mention, it's on RM2k3.
THE ISSUE---
On an enemy's event, there are the normal triggers "On Hero Touch" or "Event Touch". The problem is, none of them go on with a hero 'automated' movement, that is, when I use an "Move Event" on the hero. And it simply doesn't trigger the enemy event. Only when i walk with the hero normally presssing the arrow keys.
THE NORMAL SOLUTION----
Using variables on the enemy's position and stuff.
No, thats the point of this new system: not using variables. Except for the enemies' health.
WHAT I NEED------
Through a plugin, or hack, or whatever, I would need a new event trigger called "When Next to Hero", and that is, when the hero is immediately on the adjacent tiles (up, down, right or left) of the enemy's event. And that would save a lot of variables.
And, if possible, two more like that: "When Next and facing hero" and "When next and hero is facing". I think you get what I'm trying to achieve, some more 'straight-to-the-point' triggers for the events.
I would appreciate any help getting the job done or teaching me how to do it.
Peace.
