CloseAs title says. Is it possible to make it so that if you run the RPG_RT outside of RPG Maker (as in, not Test play), can you force it so start windowed or will it always start fullscreen?

I'm not sure about starting it that way. But you can always press Alt + Enter to to minimize/maximize.

Well, I know about that. Just figured I could make it so that I could make an option for those who'd want to start in fullscreen or not (two separate config files, so to speak).
