ANYONE NEED HELP? ANYONE?

I'm not gonna lie, I'm new to rpg making(although I have designed maps and levels in other games) and I haven't been doing all too well. I've read a lot of tutorials already (Almost 3 weeks' worth), but they haven't really helped out much past teaching me the basics of the program. Since I'm much more of a "learn while doing" type of learner, I figured I could try and help out whoever needs help making their rpgs, and learn the ropes that way.
The one caveat is that I can't do any artwork. Period. Other than that I can do decent mapping, maybe some story/ eventing and the like. Don't expect me to be strictly on schedule though, because of homework and some other things I have going on.

Edit: I'm gonna start working on my first rpg for a little while more and see how its turning out. If it turns out crappy, then I might do this for real. Sorry for any false advertising.
I wouldn't be able to offer you anything on my personal plate at this time, but maybe we could work something out and maybe we could wind up making something as a result of you getting the practice you're seeking. PM me if interested.
hey kid, fetch me a coffee, yeah?

I can help with both of those, but I'll leave it to Novalux so as to preserve the spirit of this topic.

Because otherwise I seriously doubt that I'm ever going to learn how to make rpgs. I've tried working on one of my own games but without feedback it really hasn't helped out that much.

I could even just work on a project that's on hiatus if you want. Don't expect me to be strictly on schedule though, because of homework and some other things I have going on.
If you want I could pm my progress on my latest project to you, but it is going to be a lot of work getting everything down together into a pm-able conditions, and so i would like to know if your serious about a co op before I start busting my a##.

Damn. The help I need is getting started with the next game in terms of spriting. Or maybe help designing music. I could probably teach you things about eventing (I designed my own battle mechanism from scratch so the only real problem I have is making random errors that I have to doublecheck for). So about it would be mapping, since I map like a three-year-old.

Zack, the doors can be done by hooking to a switch (unless you want it every time you enter, instead of just teleporting.

To pay someone you have a condition that checks your money and then you remove it. You turn on the switch which opens the door.

The password you can do by Input Character Name to a dummy hero, then checking under conditions if the name matches up to the required name. Like if the password was Pizza, the condition matches up, and turns on the switch that opens the door.

I found I got alot more out of trying to copy from memory other people's code that I'd seen. It would be incomplete (since memories are not perfect), so I'd then have to go in and fuss with it until it works. Or I'd find this or that uses way too many switches, which would leave me clogged up later, so I'd find a way to make it work with just one or two, or reuse switches.
