NUMBERS DOSE NOT SHOW UP IN A GAME (NEED HELP)

CloseWell, its quite a strange problem, I recently downloaded Homework selesman, the only problem I have is that I can't see any number or word with number attached to it, for example I could see "double strike" in skill menu. but after using it multiple times I can't see it's name anymore (its now "+1 double strike")
I test the game on another PC and it worked fine even without the fonts in the font folder of the game. I don't even know how to approach the problem, where should I look to find the solution :S.
Edit: probably the problem created because in my country we write from left to right.
Problem solved, in "regional and language option" tab 1 "standard and format" chose English (or any other language that write from right to left ) ,
