CloseSo i want to ask how to get licence of the material you use specially character that you draw by your own and someone publish your draw without permission and said that he/she draw it and someone who play your game ask you "are you really draw this i already saw this before in other site" and your game is commercial you will get so mad about this right? so i want know is there any solution for this to get licence or how to avoid this so people afraid publish your material
If you can prove that you drew that character then you don't need a license. Show the proof, then contact the creator of the game that used it and ask them to take it down. If they don't, make some noise. When someone is seen as stealing from a fellow RMer or Indie Creator, they lost a lot of credibility and more often than not take the stolen resources down. If they don't do that, well...
But yeah, it's on you to prove you created the piece in question.

If someone uses something you own in a game made for profit
they are breaking the law. The sight might take the game
down if you can prove you are the author.
If its not commercial then you should probably not
bother.

Everything is time-stamped once it hits the internet. All you have to do is make a link to your game profile, deviantart, or whatever, and the thief will be busted.
