CloseHi, I need help in inking and coloring this character that I drew. I'm not knowledgeable with coloring and inking, so... :-)
Anyway, here's the picture. Due to the resolution, I'm putting it here as a link:

Hair color is dark brown or black. Eye color is red
Scarf is red, and the overshirt is black or dark gray.
Pants is black, if the overshirt is dark gray. Dark gray if it is black.
Shoes are red. :-)

Could you give some details on the shoes? At first glance they kinda look like this type of shoe:
Just wondering if the bit above is meant to be a tongue, or shown as an open-top shoe with either bare skin or a sock showing?
Also, should the undershirt bit around his neck be red like his scarf, or a different colour?

Undershirt is dark gray or red. :-)
The shoes isn't open top (The part above the line and below the line are of the same color), the color is red, and the line in between should be black or white.

Eh, no need to wait. I don't think I'm good enough with Photoshop to do much of an improvement over Caz's version.=P
