RMN HAS 3 COPIES OF RPG MAKER VX ACE TO GIVE AWAY (via Steam)
I now present to you part two of a three-part event to give away these copies to interested RMN members. The second giveaway requires some effort on your part:
Earn 100 makerscore by the end of July
After you sign up and I note your current makerscore, on August 1st I will note how much you've garnered. If you have gotten at least 100 makerscore since signing up, you will be entered into raffle for the second copy of RPG Maker VX Ace that RMN is giving away. A random name will be chosen in this raffle of people who have garnered 100 makerscore in that time.
What is Makerscore?
NOTE: the fastest way to reach 100 would probably writing 2 reviews (at 50ms a pop it is a good deal!)
EDIT: I was wrong! I forgot that DONATING will net you an achievement for 1000ms. (You have to tell me you donated though so I can apply the achievement). So therefore the fastest way is to pony up some cash for RMN. (how shady is that?). (However, this achievement is a one-time thing, so if you've already donated in the past, tough shit - you have to earn that 100ms!)
Caveats:
- Requires a Steam account.
- No substitutions or exchanges or cash-value equivalent!
- You have to friend me on Steam (kentonagbone) to get your winnings.
- If you win, but don't want the prize, you get to choose who gets it. That recipient is subject to the above 3 caveats.
You only get one entry, and only if you have gotten 100 more makerscore from the time you signed up to the deadline. The deadline is July 31st @ Midnight-ish (ie- whenever the overnight CRON job runs to recalculate makerscore). The next day I will check the scores and differences of the people who signed up, and enter those people into the raffle and give away the second copy of Ace.

I would but I already have three versions to my name (pre-order copy, boxed copy and steam copy.) I be trippin' on Ace copies, yo.
But I fully recommend anyone trying to get a copy to do this. 100 MS isn't hard to get when you put your mind to it, especially over a fortnight.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

I dunno if I'll get even one point of makerscore in the next two weeks, but it doesn't hurt to sign up. Maybe someone will review my game and boost its score or something. I'm at 1687 now.
