QUESTION ON CHARACTERS TAKING ON OTHER FORM

One aspect im hoping to add in my game is a character taking on other forms like in bof 3 How hard would this be using rpgmaker ace, I would not know where even to start lol. working on the opening moments of my game things are still a mess but if this cant be done might not want to waste my time going with what I have
