HELP GETTING THIS EVENT TO WORK HAVE PHOTOS

The start point is next to his bed, the father walks over to the bed is what I created the event an text wont trigger unless everything is set to action,
if I change it wont work, next we have a little girl I want running through the door once the person is done talking to the father I want this to trigger when the person is halfway across the room. the text will be changing I just wrote something there for now






when the player walks out the door wanting the cam to move to the towns entrance where three guards and the princess are walking up the street greeting other, once they get half way up the street a group of monsters move to them some talking then a attack killing everyone but the guard commander the player regains control and runs over some talking then joins the commander in battle, trying to set it your ment lose this battle the commander Is wounded the main player is blown back when a burst of light hits the bad guy making him retreat I cant figure this out either. this is what I have only ones moving are the bad guys everything else listed I cant figure out

In your event you want something else to happen while
you're talking to someone? I'm not really sure.

Here's one way you could do it.

1) When you talk to the first event activate a control switch.

2) Create an autorun event that will run only when that control
switch is on.

3) All the text and what the main actor does should be in
the autorun event.

4) Any moving events can be triggered using further control
switches (Inside the autorun event).
Moving events need to be Parallel Process. And when you want
them to stop or go away you need more control switches.

This may not be the simplest way to do this. And I have no
idea if anyone understood this :)

what m saying is when the player walks away from his bed the father in the pic event triggers once im done talking and walk hall across the house I want the girl to come running in for a new event then she starts talking. part three would be when walk outside the monster event would trigger like in the last photo

You need autorun events for each one.

When you complete one event it should end with
a control switch. Then the next autorun event
in the hallway can be set to run, but only if the
last control switch is on. That way it won't run if you
haven't done something yet.
I fixed the 1 issue after 36 hours now I have another one
You should test out and learn each command on it's own before you try make a long string of events. Walk before you run.
