moving problem! (please help) Topic

Hey the guys,
i am aware that this post might be denied straight away,
i just need to know how to fix a moving problem.
it's the start of a room,
after the very first event (which includes no moving of any character, souly just text) the character refuses to move. she wont even turn on the spot.
i know you might deny this request straight away, but i just would like at least a link you can give me to the appropriate page for advice, or help etc that can help me resolve this problem.
this would be much appreciated.

Ummm, see, this is why I don't like auto-events until after you've mastered parallel process. The average person has to get used to the fact that it completely stops movement.

In all likelihood, this is your problem.

When you finish auto-events, you need to either:

Turn a switch on, and have a non-auto event on the next page
Erase Event (though without something else to do on that screen, it isn't much good)
Teleport to a new screen

If not, yes, you're stuck with no movement possible.

Why would we deny your request, but it should have been posted
in the help section.

Also make sure all your B tile sets have a star in the
top left corner.
