CloseIm working on a custom pokemon creepypasta fangame game based on pokemon gold I downloaded this chip set but for some reason the lower title layer is transparent it shows up in the maker but when I test the game only the upper layer shows up and I dont know how to fix this does anyone know how to correct this issue?

Unable to see that image. What do you mean by bottom layer?
If you open an image in iDraw, the first color in the palette is the transparency color. You can open it in iDraw, make sure the transparent color is only in the places you want it to be, then save it.
