I'm... not entirely sure what you're trying to say, but...
These here are the RTPs for XP, VX and VX Ace. Have you got them installed?
Also, there are at least a few games on here that have versions which include the RTP in the download. They tend to be a couple hundred megabytes bigger than the RTP-less versions. I can't think of any off the top of my head, unfortunately.

You need to download and install the RTP files for each specific program. That is, if the game is made in Ace, download the Ace files and install them. If it's in XP, you need to install the XP files.
author=SolarluneYeah, often times when a person completes a game, they would release 2 versions - a "lightweight" RTP-free version and one with the RTP included. Check the Downloads page. For demos, some developers don't bother with that (because it is a hassle and it is just a demo).

For older engines (2k/3), it was kind of a pain to include the RTP with the download, so you'd probably find that there are several 2k/3 games that require their specific RTP installed. Also, back in 2k/3's heyday, 30mb was a LOT to upload (and download), so many opted to save space and not include the RTP with their game.
Good luck!
