By the way, a good way I've seen to do something similar to roleplaying in this past is to have optional posting restrictions.
For example, in one game, I was Powerline from a goofy movie. My posting restriction is that, whenever I voted for someone, it had to be whoever had the most votes at the time (powerline needs to be popular!!!) Now, I could opt to NOT do this, but every time I did so, the number of votes required to lynch me would decrease by 1.
in another game, there was a dude who had to be exceedingly polite to everyone or else he would lose his powers.
its basically a way to encourage roleplaying that doesnt interfere with mafia playings.

Yeah, I did that in the last one where a character who was polite all the time needed an extra vote to hammer, and will probably have a few like that this time around too. I've got some very different powers cooked up as the voting is going to be a little different to the norm.

No, we can't. I'm waiting for 13 but we can start at 11 if need be. Maybe even 9 if I make a few cuts. The issue is getting there, though...

Well, it'll be a little different to other Mafia games so the rules will be changing to reflect that - so they'll be posted in the starting topic. Glad to have you on board, though!
