SWITCHING PARTY MEMBERS IN BATTLE. (VXACE)

Are there currently any scripts that allows you to switch party members in battle? I remember there being script combinations that allowed you to do this in VX (I think KGC and Yanfly?), but I haven't found anything for VXA.
Though it's off topic, switching party members in battle should of been default in VXA. IMO, if a multiple party member system is default, so should this.

So I did indeed grabbed the Party Command script, as well as a few other scripts, but now the problem is that the command won't show up in my battle commands list.
