CloseLet's say i completed a game, but I wanted to put out free additional DLC chapters that could explain the past or the same story from another character's point of view. Does that count as in game or microtransactions at all?
Also, what does it mean when the "Submit a Game" asks "Is Episodic?" I'm not submitting mine yet but I'm just looking for how the process will work when i finally do. Cheers.

Episodic means that there will be several different games in the same series or is one of several episodes telling a larger story.
As for the micro transaction question, I'm fairly certain that it doesn't count since it is free. There are probably other reasons, but that's a pretty basic one.
Also, you can submit the game profile before actually uploading the game. The game profile is the appropriate place for updates on specific games rather than a status or in the forums. Keep in mind you still need 3 in game screenshots, though they can be pretty work-in-progress as long as they show some quality.
