Hey guys!

I am here just to ask people here if RMN has option to release games in flash version so that they can be directly played through browser? I am new here so I am curious to know as I wish to develop a mini project.

Thanks

Right. RMN is this website. It just hosts games and offers discussion forums and the like to help developers. If you've developed a Flash game, it may at some point in the future be possible to host it on this site and embed it in your game page, but I don't think that is supported right now.

If you're talking about what RPG Maker itself can do, it cannot currently export games to Flash, but there are other game creation tools that can.
LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

You can totally upload the .flv file to your locker space in RMN and then embed it in your game page.

If your locker isn't big enough to hold the file, uh, mail kentona, he can probably temporarily expand the amount of space you have or something. Or you can upload the .flv file itself as a game download for your game, and figure out the URL for that. (If you can't figure out the direct URL for the download after uploading it, post in the Help Requests forum, I know there is a way to do it.)

The site is definitely designed around the assumption that your game has a download, but there are other projects that don't. I would recommend making the Download button take the player to a page with the embedded flash applet. In my game's case you can see I actually have the Download button redirect you to the Connecting tab, which has instructions on how to play. I did this by first making that tab, and then creating a download with an "external file," and putting the URL of that tab as the download's URL.
