I've been looking for some 3DS games that don't suck. (preferably RPG's) I've already heard of the following: A Link Between Worlds, Project X zone, and Bravely Default.
Any suggestions?

Well you could try Etrian Odyssey Untold. It has a great storyline. And also you could try the demo on E-shop.
I just ordered Etrian Odyssey 4 for myself, though I haven't played it yet so I can't recommend it properply yet.
You could take look at Fire Emblem: Awakening too, and if you like Harvest Moon type simulation games that combine action RPG elements, micromanagement and slight dating simulation, then I'd recommend checking out Rune Factory 4.

From what I played:
Etrian Odyssey 4 is as good as dungeon crawler RPGs go, quite challenging at times, though I played on normal, there is also an easier difficulty that I didn't try.
Fire Emblem Awakening is a must for any SRPG fans, great story, awesome gameplay, and perma-death adds a lot of weight to your actions. Again, there is an easier difficulty if you're not a fan of permadeath.
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate I have almost 100 hours played on this game, and I only scratched the surface, tons of loot and weapons to craft from materials that you get from hunting monsters. Not a big fan of the underwater combat though. Also, very grind-heavy by nature. I don't mind, but I understand why it's more of a niche title.
Devil Survivor Overclocked is the definite version of the game if you haven't played the DS one, another great SRPG with demon fusion and epic story. Be careful, the EU version is nigh unplayable without a patch, but after patching, it's fun fun fun. Hard as nails though.
Pokemon X/Y, I haven't gotten around to playing it yet, but all the reviews are positive, so if you like the pokemon franchise, this should be good.
SMT Devil Summoner:Soul Hackers is a nice remake of an old school game, again awesome if you're a SMT fan. Dungeon crawler RPG.
For non-RPGs, Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask is one of my top 5 3DS games, basically a puzzle game with a nice story and beautiful art direction.
Resident Evil Revelations is quite short, and the controls take some getting used to (unless you have a CPP), but it is one hell of a scary ride, with multiple difficulty settings and some game modes on the side, worth the money IMHO.
Super Mario 3D Land was enjoyable and worth playing, coming from someone who isn't a huge Mario fan. The only Mario game I played prior to this was the original on NES.
Thanks to the backward-compatibility, you can also play any DS games, if you can get your hands on them. I am currently enjoying Dragon Quest IX(and probably will for a while longer, game is supposedly dozens of hours long, as expected from DQ), and I finally managed to track a copy of The World Ends With You in my country, which I am looking forward to finally playing (kinda worried about the controls, but giving it the benefit of doubt).
There are also upcoming games, like Fantasy Life, Rune Factory 4, SMT 4, Monster Hunter 4, Bravely Default etc. As far as Europe is concerned that is, US already has some of these games, DAMN YOU. At least we get Bravely Default much sooner :) Still wish they would release games in both Europe and US regions at the same time when they're in english. And hence my only gripe with the 3DS, Fuuuuuu- region lock.
... What I'm trying to say is, I love my 3DS.

Etrian Odyssey 4 is a fantastic RPG.
Rune Factory 4 is a lot of fun to play casually. Basically, you manage a farm, fight monsters in dungeons, craft awesome gear, and hang out with eccentric townsfolk. I personally love the hell out of it.
Kid Icarus...holy crap kid icarus. If you can get used to the awkward controls, it's an absolute blast.

Thanks for all of the suggestions !
I've played Etrian Odyssey and the world ends with you. They are both great games. I was considering trying kid icarus, professor Layton, and fire emblem awakening: I'll go ahead and check them out now.
I'll also take a look at monster hunters 3

I'm gonna second SMT: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers. I just finished playing through the game today and, although like most SMT games it's frustrating at times, the atmosphere's pretty cool and it's not as grind heavy as most jRPGs. I can say that for certain because, besides the two human characters, the rest of your party members can't level up, and are merely fused together to create better ones, or just thrown away, like a very capitalistic version of Pokemon.
Also, surprisingly enough, the dungeon design isn't all that bad - a couple of puzzles here and there prevent them from getting too tedious, and there are only a couple of really long dungeons. Plus, they're nicely complemented by a killer soundtrack, so there's that, too.
I haven't played SMTIV as it isn't out in my region yet, but I've heard nothing but good things about it.
Also, not a jRPG, but Virtue's Last Reward is one of the more interesting visual novels out there. And of course, don't forget the new Ace Attorney game!
