CloseI've been looking for monster sounds, such as grunts and roars of fantasy creatures. Unfortunately I can't find any and was wondering if anyone knew a site where I could get them.

Dragons, goblins, and fairies, as you noted, are fantastical. I would search various zoological websites, and children's educational websites.

grunts and roars of fairies? I'm gonna have to get some of my guy friends for this and get back to you over the long weekend
e: realtalk, http://www.freesound.org/ can be a nice place to look. it's unlikely that you'll find anything called fairy_grunt.wav or whatever, but it's an excellent source for raw samples that can be refined into the sound effects you need with a program like Goldwave.
