In more seriousness, it depends on several factors. Do you have at least three screenshots? How good is your description? How many other games are in the queue? Stuff like this.
Though, since our moderator in charge of submissions (Deckiller) works retail, and it's the end of the year, that could also slow down the process. In other words, be patient!
