HOW TO LOCK ONLY THE FIRST PARTY MEMBER SLOT? (VX ACE

I want the player to be able to use Formation as they please to change up their party, but I don't want them to be able to switch out the main character, for both Story and gameplay reasons...

How do I lock down only the first slot, but allow everyone else to be swapped out as they please?
