Perhaps it's just me, but in an event like this, seeing one or two non-pixel art panels doesn't bother me, because it's not like we are aiming to put together a DaVinci painting, here.

It's called pixel quilt because it involves pixel art. Of course we're not trying to put together a work of art here, that's not the point. Nobody is saying "you have to be a good artist in order to work on the pixel quilt!" No, you just have to pixel, which is like the most basic form of digital art. If there was a contest asking people to submit basic drawings using a pencil on a piece of paper, would you whip out a bunch of other colouring tools and options that someone with a pencil doesn't possess? Of course you wouldn't, right?

That looks darn nice!

I have updated the OP to clear things up for any future neophytes to pixel quilting.

Miki, yeah I probably should have transitioned the stars a bit more smoothly.
Just didn't want to overlap the face too much. D:

Whoever finishes their section next should probably go ahead and include BT's updated segment in their update post.

Thanks. I wanted more of a transition so you have that underground lake of slime there. (Dad says he misses the blue, though :p) Here's a version with my update AND the Mufasa face- You'll note the slime's in waves now.
