HELLO WORLD!

I'm new here, just wanted to say hello :). I plan on getting the RPG maker sale on steam before it runs out. I've always wanted to make my own game but I lack in both programming and art skills. Buying this might actually motivate me to rectify at least one of those roadblocks. Also, I just wanted to ask something real quick. I assume that since RPG Maker is for PC then the game will only be able to run on a computer? Or can I port it over to another console/device (mainly IOS) easily?

EDIT: found my answer about the conversion after researching a bit :D
