[RPG MAKER 2003] CMS HELP/COMMISSION ?

I've never tried doing this before, but I've been having an urge to get a custom menu (CMS) into my game. I've come back and attempted doing so a couple times, I've used rpg maker 2003 since 2006 and CMS are just not my thing to do. Coding aspect I can't do it. But I can art/sprite/pixel the menu and the functionality of it.
What I'm doing here today is I'd like to possibly commission someone to set up my cms for me? I hope that is allowed. I wanna pay for the work and time someone is willing to put to assemble my menu for me.
I'll of course take care of the graphic portion of the menu. I just need someone to code in the menu and teach me basics of programming in things into it.

A most touchy request, considering that RM2k3 has been obtained illegally by most of its users. Making money by using it would be quite controversial.
I just want to make sure you are informed of that.
Please consider alternatives. Don't pay for the work, or read CMS tutorials, or use another Rpg Maker engine.

Making money by selling a 2k3 game is illegal, yeah. I really don't think paying a person to code, and teach really, is an issue. No more than paying someone to make graphics or music for your free 2k3 game would be.
I should mention, Razzy, that I often help out people for free and I don't necessarily need to get paid. Depending on what you actually need.
