I am creating a short maze game in RPG Maker VX Ace for blind people. It is entirely audio-based and it's only very short. However I would like to share it with this site. I don't think it warrants its own game page though, it's just a little gadget/innovation. Would I share it in a topic, and on which forum?

Maybe as a link under a status-post?
My bro did something similar (albeit more complex), try posting your game in AudioGames.net as well as wherever you post here.

Even newspapers have those nowadays.

Well, submission requires 4 screenshots. Kinda hard to make screenshot of game for blind people (which implies no graphics). Unless you'll do graphics but still leave audio cues so both regular and disabled people could play it.

Although for such games, exception should be made in rules regarding screenshots.
Just create a game page for it. Size doesn't matter.
Images of the program itself or programming would work in the case of game images. We've some smaller engines that are gamepages and have such. Images of the interface, as well.

Oh, it's not an engine. It's just a game, made in RPG Maker, for blind people.
Should be fine to just show some evented parts that are interesting, then. Just explain in the description about it. Don't fret~
