CAN SOMEONE DO A CHARACTER & FACE RE-COLOR FOR ME, RMVX ACE?

I know I've had a few help topics, sorry. Those damn little things. Anyway, I want to base a character off of a real life friend and he's black. Problem is, the character I want to use for him (a chemist) is obviously an issue... it's a white guy. I've tried myself to do the re-colors and failed hardcore, here's the files.

Sorry for no screenshots, I'm limited at work as to what I can do. I'll update with some screenshots when I get home. I figured I'd give it a head start while I can, thanks everyone.

I'm afraid my photoshopping skills aren't the best so you may want to wait till somebody better can come along and try, but here's at least my attempt:

(the sprite was at least slightly easy thanks to all of the Ace sprites being basically the same, though there may still be some stray pixels... and I'm not sure on the coloring for the face; it was the best approximation I could manage...)

That's a lot better then what I did. The face seems a bit off, but the character needs to be just a TAD more brown. He almost seems Hindu, rather then African american. Still, a lot better then my attempt.

EDIT: I found a number of other African american characters, but he's stubborn. He's set on wanting this guy. To be honest though, this guy really fits the chemist role.
