CloseI'm in a bit of a weird position with Blackmoon Prophecy II, as I thought I had a portrait artist lined up a while ago, but from what I've heard they're tied up with other major projects (this was months ago). So, I'd like to find someone else who would like to make faceset portraits for me!
I'd need eleven portraits in total, roughly the size of Final Fantasy VI's portraits (they'd be resized by 200% in the end as well to match the fake low resolution of the game). If anyone out there thinks they could put together eleven sprites that would fit a Final Fantasy fangame, feel free to drop me a line!

Can you give me as much info as possible on one of the selected characters?
Colors, shape and size of the head and facial traits, hats and other accessories, facial expression, etc.

Of course! Every PC has already been sprited and some of them are using temporary Final Fantasy Tactics faces that sort of fit them.
How about Zephyr, the main character? You can see his sprite walking around in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ue7sQsHeIns
He'd look as you'd expect. Blue coat, blue bandana, brown hair. This is the temporary portrait I'm using right now, it's roughly how he'd be wearing his hair: http://img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130227032836/finalfantasy/images/0/0f/FFT_Monk_Male_Portrait.png
Zephyr's a happy-go-lucky sort of guy, pretty cheerful and fun. Think Zidane from FF9, he doesn't act like he has much of a care in the world. He'd look casual and relaxed, but also confident in himself.

Yeah, I was thinking that if he had a slightly more defined smile it would look good. Very nice, though! I can totally use that style!
There's a bit of a crook in the bridge of his nose which I think looks peculiar too, but other than that? Solid job.

author=AveeIn my opinion this portrait is mediocre at best. Sorry, Avee, but his face on our lower left seems like it was cut off, and that nose looks rather witch-y. And there is a slight colour inconsistency with his sprite (closely around his neck the collar should have rotten green-like color). And there should be some bang on his forehead so the portrait wouldn't look dull. I think meddling with Locke's face would pay off better.

I know it's a harsh opinion, but in some matters I'm very picky.
