C++ CRASHING?? [2K3]

"When I attempt to use an attack or do anything in the opening fight with Naz and Shou, the game crashes and says something about requesting termination and C++ runtime libraries or something."
So, this is the second time I've seen this happen with someone trying my game (the first one that had this happen to, it was the computer's fault). I'm not sure what to make of this, whether or not it's the computer at fault, something related to 2k3, or DynRPG, or what. Can anyone clarify this??

If you're using DynRPG, then it is more than likely at fault, as it uses C++. It's difficult to determine the exact reason with what you've provided though.
Aye, I am using DynRPG for many of my own things. Though this is the first time (well, 2 times) that I've had this issue...

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Well, I can confirm that for me it stops happening if I run the game without DynRPG. I've got an alternate copy of RPG_RT.exe that doesn't have any DynRPG plugins and it doesn't crash if I use that. But if I run it with the copy of RPG_RT.exe that you included, it crashes the first time it tries to play a battle animation during combat.
A couple battle animations play outside of combat during cut scenes before that and don't crash, though, so my guess is that it's possibly something else (like the damage calculations) that's causing the error and not the animation. But it's possible that animations in combat are handled differently and that's what causes the error.
It crashes at exactly the same place with exactly the same error on my Windows XP desktop and on my Windows 8.1 Surface Pro, which leads me to believe it's not my computer after all.
Exact text of the error:
The "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" is actually the name in the title bar of the error window, it's not part of the error text.

Runtime Error!

This application has requests the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Here's the DynRPG plugins I'm using right now so...
1) Game Clock: Has a clock in the menu for how long you've been playing. This can't be it as it doesn't occur during battles...or shouldn't affect picking attacks.
2) MP Display: Shows MP gains/losses.
3) Provoke: Allows the user to use the Provoke skill and force enemies to target the user.
4) Conditions: Shows condition icons. Not used though.
So those are all what I'm using, but why would the Provoke skill actually cause errors??
