YUME NIKKI LAUNCH ERROR - "THE FILE マイツステムA CANNOT BE OPENED"

I've downloaded Yume Nikki again and I get this launch error:

"The file マイツステムa cannot be opened"
romaji's for katakana are (maitsusutemu) (don't know if knowing about it will help though)

I'm running it in W7 x64, Yume Nikki v0.10 (english ver.)
I've already installed the 2000 and 2003 RTP's, and RPGMaker2003, I even have the VXAce (but i don't think this is related to the game considering how old it is).
Also the regional languaje or system locale is already changed to Japanese from a long time ago. Also I searched through the folders and I didn't find any file called like that.. (マイツステム)

Long time ago I had W7 x32 version and I could play the game with no trouble at all and I didn't even had to change the system locale. Now with x64 I get this error. I hope someone will be able to help me :(
