THE ANSWER TO THE PIANO PUZZLE IN CLOE'S REQUIEM?

Hey there everybody, I'm nearly done with Cloe's Requiem, but the piano puzzle (where you have to use the keyboard keys to play notes according to a few numbers you get from a phone) has stumped me. I've tried to get the keys right multiple times, but I guess I'm just not knowledgeable about piano keys.
