[RM2003] PROPERLY ADDING MUSIC WHILE CLOSE TO VICTORY/NEAR DEATH

I was wondering if playing the select theme while either the enemy or the batter is at 25% HP had to have something extra so that it doesn't repeat itself from the beginning at every turn.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

What you want to do is turn on a switch when you start playing the music. And then use a conditional branch to only change the music (and turn on the switch) if that switch is off.

Then, in a parallel process common event, turn the switch back off. Parallel process common events don't run during battles in RM2K3, so this will reset the switch after each battle.
