[REQUEST] RESOURCES FOR A HORROR/CREEPYPASTA GAME

(RPG Maker VX Ace Topic: sorry for not adding this in the title...)
I will get straight to the point, I wish to make a "great" horror/creepypasta game, the only problem is that I'm having trouble finding resources (music, sound efx, sprites, tilesets, etc) and I don't know who/where to turn to for certain resources that I need.

So I will give a resource request here:
Sprites for the cast of Candle Cove (Already obtained Poppy and Horace)
Theme music for major creepypasta characters (Jeff the Killer, Abandoned by Disney Mascot, Smile Dog, etc.)
Tilesets for a rundown amusement park, haunted street, etc.

I already have some resources together (Like Jeff the Killer sprite, Slenderman sprite, Sonic from Sonic.exe sprite, Pinkanemia sprite, Ben Drowned sprite, bloody tilesets, a few haunting melodies) and some research done but I still have a bit to go to have an entire library for the game. But as they say, take it in steps, don't bite the whole cake before the frosting.

I will also release an Indev of the game hopefully soon so progress can be seen.

More music acquired! And they are delightfully and dreadfully frightening!
However, Because the site has denied the starting of the page, Its forcing my hand into developing the Alpha instead of the Indev like I originally planned. So now I have to request these specific things to help the progress. (Honestly its easier on me if someone helps since I AM majorly putting it together and coding it. I also do my share of resource collecting/making)

These are the primary requests right now:
-Tileset to make the ship Laughing Stock* (Or at least a ship that I can place a laughing stock face on)
*I would like the ship to face to the right/horizontal ship
-A static monster picture, like TV static (in the shape of a man with an undefined head)
-Story help (PM me please) with the heroes Cryoatic and Pewdiepie
