I'm surprised that the game made by Mogeko(also known as Deep-Sea Prisoner) aren't on the site. I love the heavy focus on plot and the stories are really good. Why do you think he didn't put them on the site? Now that I think about, he's a Japanese developer right?

They have to submit it themselves or someone get their permission to post it in RMN.

Probably to do with him being Japanese. You can get the games over at VGPerson's site, at least (but you probably know that). She's got a pretty big tumblr following.
