RMXP MENU CHARACTER ANIMATIONS

Okay, so what i'm trying to do is make the character sprites in the menu zoom to 200% and use thier walking animations, if possible can you direct me to which script section I can edit this is in, or possibly just give me a script? Pls and Thx! srry 4 not specifying what engine!
