Closetwo things i NEED and a 3rd thing i would like
1. an idea for the combat sytem i have is 3 of the characters will have 3 weapons on them at all time and you would select which to use for an atack spc atack ect (i would also like to add combos with this if possible)
2. i want to use the battle system where you see your characters off to the side rather than the first person style
3. just over all help in making the game if possible (i know its unlikely but never hurts to ask as they say)

Being able to equip three different weapons aside, I'm kinda thinking that, maybe, you might want to emulate Xenogears. For example, one button would activate an attack from weapon1, another button would activate an attack from weapon2, and so on until the character's stamina is empty, or the player chooses to stop inputting actions (whichever comes first). No clue how to go about doing that, though!
Getting a side-battle view shouldn't be too difficult. I'm sure one of Yanfly's scripts does it.

For 1, I kinda am confused as to what exactly you want to do.
For weapon-bound skills though, it's very easy in ace. Just insert an 'Add Skill' feature to the weapon.
For 2, Check this out.
For 3, well... I'm quite busy myself.
I'd also like to tell you that most people will be reluctant to help you with a project. Especially since you don't have proof of reliability (i.e. a completed game).
