"Fureira, get up" Kairy says as she nudges her side with her foot.
Fureira yawns and stretches.
"Well, that was a nice nap. We off now?"
"Yeah, let's get going." Kairy says as she look around.
"Say, where's Bazyli?" Wes asks, then everyone's eye go wide.
"You don't think he went off alone, do you? Do you!?"
Kairy just turns and runs towards the rut while Renae arrives with Shivad.
"Where's she going?" Renae asks as everyone starts to follow Kairy. They hurry their pace to a jog as Shivad asks "Where's Bazyli!?"
"Little idiot went without us. He's not getting far with those short legs of his." Kairy says as they run down the rut.
Little did they know, Bazyli was in trouble.

Bazyli ran with speed he never knew he had. In fact, he knew he never had it. He felt it as Razuna went to the antique shop. He felt it come from the tomb, the energy, and it filled him with so much.
So many memories. His brain couldn't possibly process it at once, but one thing was clear; His mind had changed, and he was filled with a terrible desire. He felt an immense desire to destroy everyone and everything around him out right, and he knew he could do it, too. He also felt someone else, someone inside him whispering.
"Anathema is my pet, and she shall be crucial for the third reckoning"
The voice was deep and full of malice, and Bazyli could feel his soul being torn to pieces as his body, no longer under his control, kept running.
"What a pitiful specimen... though I've no choice"

Fureira yawns and stretches.

Oh, and seiromem: Do you take in account what we say in dialogues to make the scenario description, or you just do it loosely based on our actions? Not that I care (okay, maybe a little... :( ), but I think I was the first one to ask where was Bazyli, and not Wes.

Running down the countryside in the giant rut, everyone is wondering how the hell Bazyli could run so fast.
"Why on earth would he run off like this!? I thought he accepted being in the back lines?" Shivad asks
Wes shares in Shivads concern
"I have no idea! He usually listens to us even if he sometimes doesn't want to. I mean, at least he's always listened to me. What could have come over him?"
"Whatever the reason we need to catch up with him. Damn, that kid is fast."
Kairy says, slightly annoyed.
After a while more running, Razuna eventually comes running up.
"Thanks for leaving me behind, friends." he says sarcastically.
"Sorry, but that little idiot ran off on his own!" Kairy replies quickly.
After awhile more running, the sun starts to set as everyone gets tired.
"Ugh, how in the world can Bazyli still be ahead of us!? You don't think he just ran away, do you?" Zuko asks
"Of course not!" Wes and Shivad both yell at the same time.
"Bazyli is a very loyal boy! He never would run away, besides I think he knows he can't survive by himself." Wes says
"Well, then maybe he DIDN'T run off alone?" Renae suggests.
"But who could he have ran off with? And why!? URGH this is FRUSTRATING." Shivad yells, and surprisingly starts to foam at the mouth!
"If he's been taken by some criminal or robber so help me they will NEVER FEEL THE WARMTH OF THE SUN AGAIN! I'LL GRIND THEIR FROZEN STATUES TO DUST!"
She emitting mass amounts of sheer cold as the ground beneath her freezes solid and spreads.
"Calm down Shivad! Whatever we can do for Bazyli, we can't do it while we're tired!" Wes tries to convince her, but Shivad won't hear it.
"AARRGHHH! Whoever it is will PAY! THEY'LL PAY!" Icicles start sprouting up everywhere, one right next to Wes, almost impaling him.
Fureira Unleashes a torrent of flames around Shivad, melting the ice, but soon it starts to expand once more.
"This is not the time to lose your head! What good is this doing, hm? Nothing! Now, let's rest"
Surprisingly, Shivad heads Fureiras words at least slightly. Though instead of stopping she storms off, seething.
"Ugh, that was tiring... I think I'll just..." Fureira collapses to the ground, and instantly falls asleep.
A long howl is heard in the distance as the dark of night settles in.
"We need to make camp, maybe plan our attack on Anathema." Kairy says.

The body of Bazyli lays flat on the ground in the dark in the middle of a field.
Bazyli's mind is disoriented and fearful. The attacks on his soul have been quelled, and now he restores himself. Somehow he's managed to shield his soul from his occupier.
He hears the voice speaking to itself, faintly.
"Bah, untrained bodies are highly inconvenient. I could be there by now if not for these damned physical constraints. Heheh... poor soul, trying desperately to cling to life..."
Bazyli feels dread in his being. His body is recovering, though he has no control over it. His mind has slowly been processing all the memories that had been forced into his brain by the presence. He now knows it to be the Highlander.
THE Highlander.
"Yes yes, I am THE highlander! The one who has lived almost as long as any diety that has existed since the beginning! The one who waged war on the races of this world for power and Control twice before!"
"I hear your thoughts, little boy, and your soul can't shield itself forever. Tell you what, you be a good boy and surrender, and I'll assimilate you instead of dispelling your soul to the tortures of Null. Maybe I'll even grant you a new body to act under me once I've regained some allies. Your current body is unfitting of both your and my soul's power. If anything you're worth more to me than any other pile of flesh that wastes their lives in this realm."

I stopped with the rest of the group to make camp and discussed how to proceed next. I started thinking of the reason as for why Bazyli would run away, since I met him, Bazyli wasn't afraid of facing any of the enemies we faced in our quest, or at least he didn't showed it. But Bazyli knew about the danger that Anathema represented, so why would he go to hunt that monster by himself, if that was his intention?
I decided that I should worry about motives later, and think about how to deal with the emergent problems. So I turn my attention to Kairy and I ask her:
"Ok Kairy, we got a runaway kid and a monster lurking around with evil intentions. Do you have any ideas?"

"Alright, I WAS going to have us lure the beast into favorable terrain to kill it, but with Bazyli's freak-out that's not going to happen. First thing we need to do is make sure Bazyli is safe."
at this moment Shivad comes walking back.
"Yes, that IS our first priority." She says as she sits down further away from everyone else.
"What are that thing's weaknesses? That's a question I'd like to have an answer to." Kairy says
"Well, it's a creature of pure maleficience, I'd say it's full of Demoni energy. Meaning Angelous magic should work well against it." Zuko suggest, and Shivad agrees.
"Yes, that's what Anathema is. It also has absorbed the Miasmal properties of the tomb, meaning it is also weak to Electro. However, we don't have any spells like that, do we?"
No one speaks up, so Shivad goes on.
"Also, I'm 100% certain that it spawned those spider creatures that assaulted you guys in the tomb. I'm sure wherever it's hiding, the place is crawling with them."
"We should get some rest, and think on this while we chase it and hopefully catch up with Bazyli." Wes suggests

I found out how to prevent my soul from becoming a part of the crushing cycle! I'm effectively immortal! And the best part? None of the gods are doing anything about it! Carthiser is too busy with the soul cycle, and Harmonia & Dissidius are too busy taking each other's blows. Now that I have this power, what I want is simple! Cliche simple, even! To become immortal was my dream! Now, to become ruler of this world is my reality! An immortal needs SOMETHING to occupy him, doesn't he?"
Heh, I'm glad for these questions. I haven't had a chance to talk to another being in a long time, what with my miasmal pillar being destroyed right before my previous body died of old age. I'll have to be cautious, though, as to not let that happen again. I wonder who had the power to do such a thing, though...

An earsplitting howl crashes the dreams of the sleeping. Weary and startled, everyone jolts awake. A massive icicle is sent in the sky with a sparkling glow, carrying a large ape-like creature away into the sky.
More howling is heard in the distance.
Shivad grunts with rage as she climbs out of the rut and onto the field. Everyone follows.
The dark plain is lit by the moon only slightly, and shadows of the tall grass on the hilly terrain dance in the slight breeze.
Large shadows move in the distance, and everyone draws their weapons.
A long and fragile silence is held in the air... tension is built, as shadows dart to and fro.
Suddenly, fierce growls are heard as large, lumbering ape-like wolves sprint at everyone!

"I destroyed a miasmal pillar... in the tomb..."
Bazyli thinks rather dully.
"HM? Impossible. Your soul does not have the power to destroy a pure circuit of energy such as the miasmal pillar. How could you have done it?"
After Bazyli heard this question lash his mind, he heard a piercing howl as a large creature dived his body! The creature grabs Bazyli's body and pick him up, preparing to eat him whole when Bazyli felt the presence discharge a significant amount of energy. Immediately Bazyli's body is thrown aside as the creature recoils from the blast, then it falls on it's back, charred and broken.
"Hmph. That will do to feed this vessel."
The presence uttered. Soon the charred hunk starts to shift and distort into spheres. Bazyli's mouth opens on the presence's command and inside, one by one, charred meat flows into it. The taste is that of any burnt meat, but the magic moving the meat gives it a sort of vinegary taste. To the presence's surprise, Bazlyi expresses his delight in it's flavor.
"Yum! This thing is delicious!"
"Oh... really? Huh. That's... huh."
The presence doesn't seem to have any more words for you. Eventually the meat stops flowing into Bazyli and silence follows. A few moments later and the presence repeats the question, though in a less harsh way.
"So, how did you destroy the miasmal pillar?"
