DOES THE JAPANESE RMN SCENE HANG OUT HERE?

It's something I just thought about, but there are japanese RMN devs scattered throughout the net, but I don't know if they actually come here to this website since I don't believe I've seen any around here.

Someone ought to bring them here! They make awesome RMN games from what I've seen on youtube. >>
Kind of hard considering they speak a different language. Those who come here that don't speak very good english get lost in the conversation. They don't get references, they are often confused and say confusing things.

If you mean just getting their games here, maybe something could be managed but I doubt we could play their games.
It's likely possible to find the Japanese RPG Maker scene if one makes the effort to do so. You have to be able to understand some Japanese, though. And that's exactly why I have taken the path of translating Japanese RPGs and releasing them here so that their works can be recognized internationally.

On the other hand, getting them to come here will be very difficult since most Japanese don't speak fluent English. I can say that there are Japanese that do check out this website though if only to check out the games here.
If they do hang out here they're very good at hiding themselves from me.

They do make good games though!

Pretty much both, I think we could benefit if this site partnered with the Japanese scene somehow. See another side of RMN that is rarely seen.
