I do, and it's absurd. So I made a joke comment.
The issue is that the person who likely posted it on that site wasn't the one who made it. You have to find the person who drew the image in the first place and credit them. Unfortunately, as per my search when I first told you about that, a google search revealed no results. As such, you cannot use that particular piece. Sorry, but that's just how it is.
In the future, if you do find the creator of that or other pieces that you wish to use, credits are as simple as posting the name/link to their site somewhere on your game page.
Again, the person who linked it on that website is not the creator of the piece. Don't get artwork for use on game pages from sites like that as they're a haven of people just picture-dumping without credits.
As for why you need to add credits let me ask you this: if someone took your game and posted it on another website without pointing out it was your game, would you be upset? We've a rule now that any images used on game pages to 'spruce' them up are to be credited so that people know who drew those images in the first place and they get their dues, otherwise people could just assume that you drew them and that is just not on. Give credit where it's due and if you can't, find some other image to use instead.

You say that a lot - "I don't understand", so I can only assume it's because you are very young or very unexperienced and naive.
I don't hate you, I just made a joke about the silly thing you said. You'll have to get used to that because it's going to keep happening(from me and many others). You can get upset or roll with it.

So, Most Likely, The Wallpaper You Want, Is not from the creator of the site. Its from the creator of the wallpaper. Going on, If you find the owner of the wallpaper, You Must ask for permission, Add credit, And All That.
Well, Maybe in the description of the game, Put something like this:
Name: *Name goes here*
Engine: *Engine goes here*
Drawings: *By Someone*
Programmation: *By someone or something*
Pictures: *Insert Picture links here*
Credits: *I give credit to: WHOEVER MADE STUFF HERE!!*
*And here i write anything else!
Thats It! Pretty Easy!
So, If You couldn't do that, I will try to find a secondary suggestion! :)
