[REQUEST] GAMEBOY/GAMEBOY COLOR STARTER KIT

Hello! I've been trying to set up the database for making a Gameboy inspired RPG Maker VX Ace game. My first one (not counting the few practice/test games I have made for myself these past years, of course). It's been quite a while, but I just can't seem to work well with it and I'm in the lack of sprites and everything. I can't seem to find sprites set up for the program anywhere. I can't seem, especially, to set up the Damage animation or Death animation well and I don't even know where to begin with the Spell animations. I was wondering if anyone could make a Starter kit with the basics for making a Gameboy/Gameboy Color RPG Maker game. Like the sprites, animations, sounds and whatnot. It doesn't really matter for which RPG Maker though, but preferably for VX Ace, since I find it more flexible. If there's already something similar or exactly what I'm looking for, please link me to it and forgive me for not being able to find it earlier, no matter which program/engine it's for. Thank you for your time!

Moderators, if I posted this in the wrong place, please forgive me. I read the rules and found this one the most suitable to post in. Please move the post, if necessary.
I don't understand what you want exactly.

If you simply want to change the colors of the RTP graphics to those of the Gameboy palette, here are their RGB codes:
White: R248 G248 B200
Pale: R184 G192 B88
Med: R128 G136 B64
Dark: R64 G80 B40

If you want a complete set of custom graphics made in the Gameboy's style (palette AND low resolution), you'll probably have to pay an artist a hefty amount to take that request.
I'd be up to the task.
Sorry for not making myself clear enough. What I want is a Starter Kit, which is basically (to my understanding) a collection of sprites, scripts and database setup to make a game based on another game or style. Like the Pokemon or Earthbound Starter Kits. I was hoping someone would make one based on Gameboy/Gameboy Color games. I know there's an RPG Maker for Gameboy Color, so I guess the sprites could be taken from that, for example. I guess a clearer example would be a Starter Kit on a Gameboy game like the Dragon Warrior/Quest games for Gameboy Color though.

Was I clear enough this time? I'm really sorry if my explanation is still confusing. I could always try again to explain if it's still confusing.
Not likely to happen. Most people who create them are for their own games. I've got a game that's gameboy-esque, for example, but it's only for that one game.

There is, on the official site, a retro resource pack for sale (about $20 I think). As for gameplay, we don't know what kind of game you're creating, what systems you'll use so scripts and events and the like are all up to you. That's the fun of making your own game.

People aren't going to make a pack for you without incentive - that being monetary.
I see. Well, I suppose it was worth a shot asking. I have seen the pack you're talking about, Liberty, but it's too Gameboy Advance-ish for what I'm trying to create, though I'll definitely take it into consideration. And I suppose I should take options that have monetary incentive involved more into consideration from now on. Either way, thank you both for your time!
