What is your take on the situation with Dudesoft, PlatinumAshes?
I do harbor suspicions towards him, but not really on the basis of his vote for Gourd. It doesn't really look like he was trying to bandwagon Gourd, but rather like he was trying to look productive poking him and scumhunting (or pretending to be). That's still somewhat suspicious, but not as much. He hadn't noticed that Gourd was untargetable, nor that Gourd was pretty much confirmed town at that point, so he is probably actually having trouble keeping up with the posts, rather than lurking. Again, that behavior doesn't strike me as necessarily scummy, just very clumsy.
The suspicions that I do have are mainly on the flimsiness with which he submits and retracts his votes; Jumping on and off the bandwagon without really providing any arguments on either way- especially with his Liberty votes. I'd like to put into words in more detail why his posts feel off to me, but I'll have to do so tomorrow. I'm going to be sleep-deprived otherwise.

I will keep my vote on Gourd. He has no proof of his ability, and was the first to just lay it on the table.
I already said it makes no sense for any of us to lie, Dude. Why would Gourd lie about killing Liberty? To kill her off and make him look town?
If so, why would he lie via saying that his nightkill was not part of his role?
Why would you put your own claim at risk by saying Gourd is lying?

Why bare all? Why not have someone believe holistically one thing or suspect you? It's better to live in the grey area than to live without proof of being good. The only way to be 100% about someone is to investigate them yourself at night.
For all we know Gourd saying he investigated means nothing. He could have done something else that was blocked for all we know.

If you're town, this play-style of yours is really unhelpful. It throws off the game as we go off on a tangent.

IIRC, Dudesoft didn't intentionally poison himself, he just had the misfortune of not being around while the rest of us used all of the other ingredients, so his eggsecution was unavoidable. So the question of "why would a mafia poison himself?" is moot.
(Also, logically, it wouldn't make sense for a townie to poison himself, either. Poisoning oneself is generally not considered a helpful move.)

When I pointed out Tracking =/= killing failing to read the part where he said he "Got Mad" Wes said this:

That ground was covered somewhat earlier in the thread. In an attempt to summarize, Gourd's action was to redirect Wes, and Wes' action was to track Gourd. Gourd's redirection caused Wes to track himself. Gourd "getting angry" was an additional one-time kill effect for Gourd, and he used it on Liberty.
