Hey did you know that RMN accepts video reviews? It's true. We do.
But what are they?

If an LP or LT has a small written component (a summary) then it can be added as a review. You just have to use the youtube/video tags in the body of the review, add the summary and other pertinent details, then submit. Of course, a round-down in the video is the idea. It's more of a video review with a summary of the main points written so that those who don't want to watch the video get the gist of your 'review'.
We've allowed them for a while now but no-one's done one yet. It'd be nice to see that ball rolling a little.
That's the gist. A video detailing your thoughts on the game, in a nutshell. Here's an example of one from Deckiller:
The intent of this event is to get some video reviews on the site.
Deadline: Monday, October 13th at Midnight (in whatever timezone. I won't actually check until Tuesday the next day anyway)
What: A video review of a game on RMN (or a regular written review).
Prize: Entered to win the game of your choice from my Steam inventory. A video review nets you two entries, a regular review gets you one.
Any reviews submitted from now until end of day Monday (Thanksgiving! ...in Canada, that is) will be eligible for the raffle.
My current Steam inventory:

I'll probably just do an ordinary one since VR's aren't something I'm set up to do. I'll be interested if someone does, given the diverse membership we have here, but I'm giving you a heads up, I don't want a game, so take me out of whatever draw you hold, ok?
Though if there is a pumpkin achievement, I'd be down for that :)

I just setup streaming for twitch on my computer so doing something like this would be a good exercise.
Do we allow people to review their own games? I don't think so. Then... no, perhaps?

I think the deadline for this event is a bit quick though.

Yeahhhhh…I don’t think I’ll be able to do anything this time around. I’ll be out and about for most of the Thanksgiving weekend coming up so I won’t be around the house that much. *sigh* Shame. Looks like no turkey lurkey achievements for me! (gobble, gobble) :(

So, can I use any of the video reviews I've done of RMN games that I've already posted on my youtube channel in some cases posted into the blog section of the games in question. For an example see page 2 of the comment section for Remnants of Isolation.
And, if so how would I properly submit such a video.
