CloseI've created a game and want to upload it but can't find how to.
I've started the submitting process and have the page up but I can't find how to actually upload the game to make it downloadable

You have to submit the page (you must have the required amount of images before it will go through) then wait to be accepted or denied. In the case that it is denied, you'll get a mention of what needs fixing. Just fix those issues (you'll be linked to different things to help with that) and resubmit and it should be fine.
If it gets accepted right away then you'll be able to add downloads and other bits and bobs to your game page.
I always recommend showing off your best instances of mapping/gameplay in the images (title, game over and concept art doesn't count for the first three required images though they do have an effect over all) and make sure the description has little-to-no grammar/spelling/structure errors.
